Requirements

What do I need to rent a motorbike?

To rent from us, you must provide:

  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Valid Government ID: Philippine government-issued ID (National ID, PhilHealth, TIN, Voter's ID, Postal ID) — your ID will be held by us for the entire duration of your rental
  • Accommodation Details: Hotel/resort name and room number
  • Contact Number: Working phone number with WhatsApp

Why do we hold your ID? We keep your government ID while the bike is in your possession. This is for your own safety — in the event of an accident, we can use your ID to properly identify you and assist you immediately. Your ID will be returned to you when you return the bike.

IMPORTANT: We do NOT accept passports or driver's licenses as valid ID. Only Philippine government-issued IDs are accepted.

Do I need a driver's license?

Under Philippine law, a valid driver's license is required to operate a motorcycle on public roads. We strongly advise all renters to carry their license while riding. We primarily hold a valid Philippine government-issued ID for the duration of your rental, but this does not exempt you from the legal requirement to have a license. You must have proper riding experience and comply with all Philippine traffic laws.

Can foreigners rent from you?

Yes! Foreigners are welcome to rent from us. Since most foreign guests do not have a Philippine government-issued ID, we accept a valid foreign passport as collateral instead. Your passport will be held securely for the entire rental period and returned to you when you return the bike. Please contact us via WhatsApp before booking so we can confirm arrangements.

Rental Details

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours) from your pickup time. We also offer weekly and monthly rental options at discounted rates.

What are your operating hours?

We're open 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, 7 days a week. Bike pickups and returns must be done within these hours unless otherwise arranged.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes! You can extend your rental period by contacting us via WhatsApp before your original return time. Extensions are subject to bike availability and will be charged at the daily rate.

What if I return the bike late?

Late returns beyond your agreed rental period are charged at ₱50/hour, settled in cash when you return the bike. To avoid extra charges, arrange an extension via WhatsApp before your return time.

Do I need to refuel before returning?

The motorbike is not provided with a full tank. Fuel is the renter's responsibility for the entire rental period. Please return the bike with at least the same fuel level as when you received it. Running out of fuel during your ride is your responsibility.

Safety & Support

Are helmets provided?

Yes! Helmets are included free with every rental. We provide up to 2 helmets per motorbike. Wearing a helmet is mandatory by law in the Philippines.

What if the bike breaks down?

We offer 24/7 roadside assistance. If you experience any mechanical issues, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +63 907 352 7234. We will assist you promptly. Repairs due to normal wear and tear are covered by us, but damages due to misuse or accidents are the renter's responsibility.

What happens if I damage the bike?

You are responsible for any damage to the motorbike during your rental period. Repair costs will be assessed and charged to you. In case of accidents, you must:

  • Report the incident immediately via WhatsApp
  • File a police report if it involves third parties
  • Not attempt unauthorized repairs
Is insurance included?

No insurance is included with the rental. You ride entirely at your own risk. You are personally responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or third-party claims that occur during your rental period. Please ensure you understand and accept this before renting.

Can I take the bike off Bantayan Island?

Can you recommend places to visit?

Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. No-shows will forfeit any deposit or advance payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation.

Can someone else ride my rented bike?

No. Only the registered renter (the person who provided the ID) is authorized to operate the motorbike. Allowing others to ride is a violation of the rental agreement and will void your insurance coverage.

Absolutely not. Operating the motorbike while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited, illegal, and extremely dangerous. Violators will have their rental terminated immediately without refund and may face legal consequences.
