IMPORTANT: We do NOT accept passports or driver's licenses as valid ID. Only Philippine government-issued IDs are accepted.
While a driver's license is recommended for safety and legal compliance, we primarily require a valid Philippine government-issued ID for identification purposes. However, you should have proper riding experience and must comply with all Philippine traffic laws while operating the motorbike.
Yes! Foreigners are welcome to rent from us. However, you must present a Philippine government-issued ID. If you don't have one, please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss alternative arrangements.
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours) from your pickup time. We also offer weekly and monthly rental options at discounted rates.
We're open 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, 7 days a week. Bike pickups and returns must be done within these hours unless otherwise arranged.
Yes! You can extend your rental period by contacting us via WhatsApp before your original return time. Extensions are subject to bike availability and will be charged at the daily rate.
Late returns will be charged an additional day's rental fee. To avoid extra charges, please return the bike on time or arrange an extension in advance via WhatsApp.
Yes, the motorbike must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If not refueled, you will be charged for refueling plus a service fee.
Yes! Helmets are included free with every rental. We provide up to 2 helmets per motorbike. Wearing a helmet is mandatory by law in the Philippines.
We offer 24/7 roadside assistance. If you experience any mechanical issues, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +63 907 352 7234. We will assist you promptly. Repairs due to normal wear and tear are covered by us, but damages due to misuse or accidents are the renter's responsibility.
You are responsible for any damage to the motorbike during your rental period. Repair costs will be assessed and charged to you. In case of accidents, you must:
Basic third-party liability insurance may be included (verify at time of booking). However, personal accident insurance is your responsibility. Insurance does not cover reckless driving, DUI, or violations of rental terms.

No. The motorbike must stay on Bantayan Island at all times. Taking the bike off the island is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties and termination of your rental agreement.

Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. No-shows will forfeit any deposit or advance payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation.
No. Only the registered renter (the person who provided the ID) is authorized to operate the motorbike. Allowing others to ride is a violation of the rental agreement and will void your insurance coverage.
Absolutely not. Operating the motorbike while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited, illegal, and extremely dangerous. Violators will have their rental terminated immediately without refund and may face legal consequences.
